- Blessing-Rieman College of Nursing and Health Sciences received funds from the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act to offset student and institutional expenses incurred due to the disruption of campus operations as a result of coronavirus.
- Blessing-Rieman College of Nursing and Health Sciences (the College) acknowledges that it signed and returned to the Department the Certification and Agreement. The College has used the applicable amount of funds designated under the CRRSAA and the ARP (a)(1) and (a)(4) programs to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students.
- The College received a total of $502,808 for Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students as of 8/06/21 (Includes HEERF I. HEERF II and HEERF III).
- The total amount of Emergency Financial Aid Grants distributed to students under the CRRSAA and ARP (a)(1) and (a)(4) programs as of October 1,2021 is $504,308.
- The estimated total number of students at the institution that are eligible to receive Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students under the CRRSAA and ARP (a)(1) and (a)(4) program is 156.
- The total number of students who received an Emergency Financial Aid Grant under the CRRSAA and ARP (a)(1) and (a)(4) programs is reflected below.
- HEERF I: 93 students
- HEERF II: 175
- HEERF III: 156

- The methods used to determine which and how much students receive Emergency Financial Aid Grants are as follows:
- Application submittal
- Eligible for funding under a Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965

- All on campus, enrolled May 2020 graduates were granted $750 for expenses incurred related to the COVID-19 pandemic under the first portion of student grants.
- The methods used to determine which and how much students receive Emergency Financial Aid Grants are as follows:
- Second Distribution:
- Under the second portion of student grants, all full time students were granted $365 and part-time students were granted $180 for expenses incurred related to COVID-19 pandemic.
- Third Distribution:
- Under the third portion of student grants, all full-time students were granted $2,124 and part-time students were granted $1,062 for expenses incurred related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The instructions, directions, or guidance provided by BRCN to all students concerning the Emergency Financial Aid Grants were sent via BRCN email.
